AbstractOne of the signs of the most severe conditions of periodontal disease is tooth migration. Osseous and gingival defects (infrabony defects, gingival recessions and papilla loss) are common features in such clinical situations. Aims of the present course are:
- to provide sound basis of what is possible to do with conventional periodontal treatment to solve the above mentioned problems.
- to show the potential of a combined orthodontic-periodontal approach in achieving better results from both an esthetic and a functional point of view.
